Skoda Customer Touchpoints in Pune

Pune: Škoda Auto India has strengthened its presence in Maharashtra with the inauguration of three new Skoda Customer Touchpoints in Pune.

The expansion includes two Full-Function Dealerships at Hadapsar and Wagholi, along with a Sales Branch at Satara Road, in collaboration with Dhone Mobility Pvt. Ltd.

With the addition of these outlets, Pune now boasts 13 Skoda Customer Touchpoints, reinforcing the brand’s stronghold in one of Maharashtra’s key automotive hubs. At the national level, Škoda’s dealership and service network has crossed 310 touchpoints across 177 cities.

Pune Strengthens Network with 13 Skoda Customer Touchpoints

The Hadapsar facility covers 3,750 sq. ft. and can display six cars, while the Wagholi dealership spans 5,955 sq. ft. with a six-car display area, supplemented by an 18,000 sq. ft. service center equipped with 14 bays.

The Satara Road branch spans 2,865 sq. ft. with a five-car display setup. All three follow Škoda’s Modern Solid global design philosophy, delivering premium sales and aftersales experiences.

Since 2021, Škoda Auto India has expanded from 120 to over 310 Customer Touchpoints across 177 cities. This growth is aligned with the company’s commitment to bring its products, including the Kylaq, Kushaq, Kodiaq, and Slavia, closer to customers while ensuring top-tier aftersales care.
